At Deore, we take utmost care to ensure success of our projects. Our robust project management systems ensure that scope and quality of the project are delivered within the specified time using allocated resources.

Apart from project management techniques, several other quality tools are used to improve processes in each area of Deore's operations. Recently we implemented Six Sigma methodology for improving few of our processes. Implementation of Six Sigma significantly improved customer satisfaction through cost reduction, reduced project delivery time and improved customer relationship management.

At Deore, we are continually trying to improve ourselves to deliver better solutions to our clients at lower costs and improved quality. We are also aiming to achieve CMM level 4 standards by 2008.
